Q We have a small question Our company is one of at least brace and maybe three, suppliers of a particular prototype of adhesive to a customer. It's actual obvious that the customer plays us against each other to memorize the best price, terms and shipping deals, if it be not that the volume is too virtuous to pass up. The question we run into is when the customer has a question we're not sure we can always differentiate our produce from our competitor's, and we commit to memory into a blame game. What should we do?
